Sky Puck constantly locks out or turns off, every time I use it

The main Puck is in the Lounge and gets most use, where I experience most issues. As I've said in this thread, it's when I use Catch-up services or YouTube. The other Pucks are mainly used for live broadcasts and I only experience occasional issues with these units such as lip sync issues.

@SkyUserAHM in that case could you try swapping one of the others to become your main puck? If that then works in the lounge (except maybe lip sync etc.) then I think it's clear that that one puck is a dud and it'll make it easier to get that replaced I would think.

I reset the Puck, and so far so good.
