Sound keeps shuddering and jittering

Hi @KLB1971 could you explain a little bit more about this issue please?

- Is this a new issue or has it just started happening?

- Is this on Live TV or apps?

- I know it's hard to describe these kinds of things, but could you put into words what you're experiencing please? Or even better record a video of it for us please?

The sound breaks up so you miss a word etc. it was all channels live and streaming especially. I tried to do a video. Not sure how to upload it though. I have a Sonos sound bar but have restarted the puk, changed the speed of audio etc to no avail!

Does it happen on apps like iPlayer, Netflix, etc. too?

What audio settings in the Puk settings are you using?

Passthrough will be the best option.

But have seen with Sonos equipment that changing to one of the Dolby settings stops some sound glitches.

I've lost the will to live! Have done everything from resetting to changing the output from Dolby to Passthrough etc
