Loss of eurosport

When I ordered my Sky Glass tv i specifically asked if i could get Eurosport as i watch snooker on that channel. I see it as part of my contract and as such i believe it's a breach of contract beause Sky are not providing me with an alternative at the same price. I understand that it was Warner Brothers that made the decision but my contract wasn'y with them it was with Sky.

@sergievski  Eurosport no longer exists as of 28th February due to it's owners WBD moving content to TNT, see this very larg thread discussing the closure in great detail  https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/What-s-On/Closure-of-Eurosport-channels-28-02-25/td-p/4895171

Have you read your contract?  It allows for channel changes to take place as Sky cannot guarantee 3rd party channels will always be available as they don't have control over these.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I understand your frustration but there's nothing we can do except suggest you write a complaint to Sky.

I'm not sure why they'd do that as you're just speaking to other Sky subscribers here.
