Sky Puck connection

My Sky Puck was/is semi covered by furniture, but the remotes worked perfectly. All of a sudden I now have to have a direct view of the puck for my remote to work. 

Any ideas??

To restore the Bluetooth pairing:

Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.

Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.

Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue
