Sky Puck box will not start up properly

I have been havig problems wwith my Sky Puck streaming device. It wither freezes while I am watching something. Or I get a message after the programme stops and it says, "Pleasae wait while your programme loads". I also get problems when it refuses to start up properly. This happens very frequently.

You are either not using a fast enough broadband speed, or your WiFi connection is unreliable or both.

 

try a hard wired Ethernet connection. 

also try moving the puck away from its current position

This is a bug that some people are experiencing and others not, if you can try and persevere with it until the next software update comes out and hopefully that will resolve it @JohnTheTenor
