Re: Sky Puck - Freezing / Crashing
Hi @Mason9
We are fellow subscribers on the forum, you aren't speaking to Sky. When you say processes that have been suggested.. by who? Also what is your broadband speed, ISP etc? Sky stream requires 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
Have you tried connecting via ethernet and turning off WiFi in the settings? Please provide as much information as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Re: Sky Puck - Freezing / Crashing
I have a sky puk connected by lan cable. It's constantly freezes while I'm scrolling then decides to restart in the middle of what ever I finally try and watch. I miss the box with the dish that always worked

Re: Sky Puck - Freezing / Crashing
True but sky puk doesn't even work when it's nice and sunny like today

Re: Sky Puck - Freezing / Crashing
@Robertmcca I presume you've checked your internet provider doesn't have any issues?
In the meantime try these steps in turn:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck
If that doesn't help then ringing Sky might be the only other suggestion I can offer.
