I have now received a new puck and all working fine without any problems so the original puck I received must have been faulty.

Same issue for me, I'll be cancelling. Terrible service.
Yes I cancelled mine as well and also I cancelled WiFi with them as I don't appreciate how they spoke to me so I've gone with BT
I was close to bining the whole thing off but stuck with it and the new puck working no problems.
I have similar problems with my puck - taking a long time to access channels. I've rebooted but still the same
Reaction times are poor
We're trying to set up our puck but can't get past the activate page on Sky. We keep seeing a message saying this page is restricted.
Can anyone help but letting me know what does that mean and how do we rectify the issue?
I've just got mine and having same issue and you ask help and you go around in circles
I got new puck sent out and all working normally once new puck set-up. If you're going everything you can to try and get the existing puck up and running then I would request a new puck. Literally it should just be a plug and play
The sky puck is built to a budget. Cheap hardware and even worse software. I have constant issues with it despite having a very stable and fast WiFi/broadband signal. My contract with sky is up in a few weeks and I cannot wait. Not only is sky becoming unjustifiable financially, it's not worth the money, but the sky streaming service via the puck is very poor. I have to reset the it at least once a day. Apps simply stop working and sky movies often won't load or the movie you select isn't the movie that start streaming. The sky acolytes who post on here defending the service must be getting paid or they simply don't mind paying for a service which is quite frankly terrible.

I'm not arguing that the puck isn't cheap hardware, it is. But it works. I've been using it for 20 months with very little issues, if I had I'd use Now. And no I'm not being paid to write this....... but if Sky would like to offer I'm open for a few quid.
I am now on my fourth puck. Constant issues with connectivity and even HDMI connection. I am now connecting via ethernet and still experiencing issues. I believe the puck is not fit for purpose and have now started a dialog with Sky to try and resolve this issue. I was even told by the DPD driver (who delivers the replacement puck and collect the faulty one) that they are doing this a lot!!
I've considered going to Sqy Q but the cost is much higher.
sky need to admit they have an issue.
