Sky Puck Resetting

This might be an incredibly niche issue, but my Sky pucks both upstairs and downstairs keep resetting on Sky Sports Darts UHD roughly about a minute of turning the channel on. This is the only channel it's doing it on. Have checked all the other sky sports channels and no issues. 

Any suggestions welcome, please help I can't watch the darts!!

What do you mean by resetting? Do you mean your puck is restarting or blank screen? Please elaborate and the community will try and assist.

Hi thanks for the reply, I forgot I posted this so hadn't checked for a reply! 

The screen goes black, the puck resets and the sky logo comes up on a black background for about two minutes then it reverts to the home page. I've tried to watch the channel multiple times and it happens every time without fail after a few minutes.

It sounds like it could be a faulty puck, contact Sky and they should be able to send a new one for you @Steved180

I have had this happen to me all the way since the darts started. Tried another puck, same thing happened!
