Sky Puck Red light issue

One of our 3 sky pucks has developed a fault.

Red light stays on, After a hard reset it will work for 10-15 minutes and will then switch off and go back to a red light.

Sometimes displays software update error and will go through motions of installing update which says successfull, Then will restart and go back to red light. Been doing this for the last 3 weeks, Tried numerous re-sets, set ups but nothing works
