Sky glass

Sky glass stream and I have a program in playlist but can't watch it. Why?

@Fudge0312  Sky Glass is the TV, if you're referring to the puck it's a stream puck.

 

Wat happens when you try & watch it?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The program was on itv 4 and not a channel you need to subscribe too.

Just because it was on ITV 4 doesn't mean ITV necessarily have the on-demand rights for it. If the program isn't available directly on ITV X then that would imply that ITV don't have the on-demand rights which would be the reason its not on your playlist.
