Hi I am setting up my sky puck for the first time and it asks me to link the account but when I try it says it cannot link and try again.
then it's rinse and repeat, any suggestions

Failing that try a different browser and try signing into Sky.com before visiting https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate and seeing if it works.
If that doesn't work you will need to contact sky. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
