No sound after turning off

Hello,

Nearly everyday I have restart the puck as it has no sound either through the TV or the home cinema. Really annoying - is this yet another bug with this substandard technology?

Never happened to mine in nine months. Report it as fault. ( Hope I haven't put a curse on mine)
