Sky Puck Freezing

My sky puck keeps freezing,even if you browsing TV guide. I'm connected via ethernet my internet speed is 35mbs. This happens about 10/15 times a day

Hi @Spangles72 

 

It's likely your broadband speed. Sky state that you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if you have more than one Glass or Puck. Obviously this is leaving very little headroom for other devices on your network.

 

You may need to upgrade your broadband if possible or consider using Sky Q (Satellite) product if you can't get faster broadband.
