Remote control

I have just signed up to Sky Tv and broadband. Broadband is working and I have attached the little box, I think they call it a puck for some reason, to my LG Tv. However when I press Nos 1 and 3 together on my sky remote to link to the TV nothing happens. Also I'm not sure the box is transterring messages to the TV

You won't have signed up to Sky+ (where you originally posted) so as you mention a puck I've moved your post to the Stream board.

Try re-pairing your Sky Stream remote

On your Sky remote:

1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
3. Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue
