Sky Logo blank screen endless cycle

Hi,

 

I suspect this is as a result of the software update being rolled out but 2 out of my 3 Stream pucks now just endlessly cycle between the Sky Logo and briefly a blank screen. Occasionally resulting in a blue screen headed Software Error and a QR code to link to some troubleshooting (non of 


Prior to this I had the old lip sync audio issue on one puck and two worked fine. 

A truly shocking service from Sky. 

Sky Go app on Apple TV is the only way I can view Sky content, albeit an incomplete schedule and only 1080P. 

I've said it before and I'll say it again I wish Sky would release the software on AppleTV and leave their own (removed) hardware behind.

You will need to recover you Stream Puck. Power it off at the mains, press and hold the button underneath and power it back on, keeping the button pressed until the led lights flash different colours.

If this doesn't work, you will need to contact sky who will replace the puck under warranty, or let us know on the community and we can escalate your post to Sky (however this process isn't instant). The lip sync issue is a known issue and well documented on the community.
