we have had our Sky Glass for just over a year and it's always tilted slightly forward from the top, is this normal?

I should also say it's sat on a cabinet on the stand.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MrsTitmus Provided the TV is fitted to the stand correctly and is completely flush at the back it shouldn't be tilted. Assuming the stand is fitted correctly I would then check your cabinet with a spirit level to ensure the surface the TV is sitting on is level. I can't think of any other reason your Glass would be tilting.

An unstable Sky Glass unit, if it were to fall forward, would be very dangerous. Not just due to the inevitable damage to the screen, but the weight of these things could cause serious injury to any human or pet in the way.
