Hi we have just changed from Sky+ HD (old Box) to Sky Stream. However, due to my elderly father he can not get used to the new format. It has only been Few days.
My father has tried to get used to it but can not understand or use the new format. Is it possible to go back to the old SkyHD subscription?
or is there a way of changing the way the Home Screen appears to make it easier to navigate for elderly persons

but beware the likelihood is that sky will insist on a switch to sky Q
you can't customise the Home Screen on stream

I am having the same problem with my husband, who is a real technophobe. We cannot have Sky Q as the engineer who came to alter our dish said he couldn't do it because of health and safety. We could get an independent aerial installer to go up on the roof, but apparently he is no longer allowed to alter the sky dish.
