Sky Favourite Channels

I have just had Sky installed. I have set & saved 8 favourite channels each day, but the next morning, most of them have disappeared & channel 3, 4 & 5 will have gone & been replaced with BBC1! Does anyone have any advice in stopping this problem happening, please?

@Gill--S  Your issue isn't a broadband related issue, which Sky TV box did you get installed  Sky Q or Sky STream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
