Signing up to Stream

I have moved house and don't want a dish so wanted to change SkyQ to Stream.

You wouldn't think that would be to difficult to sort would you!!!!!! 
Numerous calls to sky, different prices every person you speak to, was even told Sky Glass is cheaper than stream by one advisor. I finally agreed a deal for stream and 2 payments of £39.95 have been taken from me and the monthly subscription of £88.50 and still nothing just a text message from Sky saying it's being looked at. I think the customer service I have received from Sky or lack of has been very disappointing . All they care is how much money they can get from you without caring about helping the customer or their needs. Feel absolutely ripped off by Sky with still no date of being able to watch any of my package I pay for!!!

@Richs22 you appear to have fallen through a crack in Sky's system so I am I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Another day of being told next update is tomorrow, 2 weeks with no sky package surely it's not that difficult to set up stream???? 
So another weekend of not being able to watch Sky

No one has phoned me, I've had a live chat but not heard from them since Friday and my chat has now been deleted.

I had a couple of text messages last week both saying they were still looking at the problem and I would get an update the following day but this stopped on Thursday. so I messaged on the live chat and they said it was still being looked at on Friday
