Sky stream links to existing Netflix account but does not show existing profiles

I am an existing Netflix premium customer. I have aTivio tv system. When I use Sky stream and link to my existing Netflix account the original profiles do not show up even though I submit the same email account and password. Yet, on Tivio my Netflix original account is linked with existing profiles. Why doesn't Sky stream use QR code to link Netflix to avoid this problem?

Hi @Bellp2 

 

If you are using the same username and password the profiles would show. When you sign into to netflix on Sky, it tells netflix that Sky are taking over the billing but all other aspects of account management remain with netflix. The app is created by netflix not Sky. 

 

The only thing is if you are using the multiple household feature, this isn't supported if billed by sky. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

I am using the same email account for Netflix on Sky. I know the account is linked, because I can use my mobile phone to control the Netflix on Sky but the profiles are not showing. Instead it has built a new profile from my registered email. So I will try Netflix support.

Has this been resolved? I have the same issue so I logged out of the Netflix account with the different profiles. When I logged back in my original profiles were there, however now I am still paying for Netflix because it's not linked?
