Signing in to Discovery plus

Can anyone help with this annoying aspect of Discovery+.    Every few weeks I have to jump through the signing on hoop when trying to watch D+.   I have been told by the 'help' desk that there is nothing Sky can do and it is  fairly common problem.  Other channels are quite OK, but D+ seems to be ultra careful about allowing a user to watch without going through the signing in process.

@Tony-44 Sky are right. There is nothing they can do. It's Discovery+ that you need to be contacting about this as they made the app.

What exactly is the problem you have?

Once your free with Discovery + account is setup, and you are logged out after a number of weeks of not using the app, you just need to click on the sign in button, not the Get Discovery + button and sign in with the email address and password you created when first getting the Sky offer.

 

Ive just done this, as have not used my free Sky Discovery+ for a month and i5 had logged me out automatically.

Thanks.  I will see if the info you gave helps.  Every time this happens I call the Sky helpline.  They are always trying to help and they tell me to go through the complete process.  I will try your advice next time I am locked out.
