yes if I had hours to wait on hold .. everytime i tried calling its the longest wait and I have to move on with my life.

@Lisa-P1987 @Can someone contact me please as mine is doing the same. I have the strongest wifi and everything else is working. Have moved Alexa out the room so no interference

Thats not how Sky operate. You can either engage via the chat, or if you want to speak to someone on the phone you have to call Sky.

For the detail, see the link in @MarkGoldsmith's post.
In summary the chat remains open for 48 hours. You don't need to sit and watch the screen, but you do need to engage if you want Sky's help. Just come back from time to time to see the latest response from Sky.

If you have a smartphone you can load up the forum on n a browser and check there
