Setting up streaming puck

Setting up puck & screen says "You're now connected" but I can't select "Continue" with remote?

The remotes are cheap and nasty. Try giving it a firm twist, as if wringing out a cloth. This can sometimes tweak the circuit inside enough to spark it back into life. It worked with one of my dodgy remotes. 

If you've got an old Sky Q remote knocking around they can be paired to a Stream puck and are a much more reliable and better made remote.

Check you have pulled the paper tab out of the remote battery socket ... they often tear off and leave a sliver of paper behind between the battery and contacts
