Setting up my sky stream puck

Hello. Hope someone can help. I am trying to set up my sky stream puck but it is automatically trying to connect to my neighbours WiFi internet and not ours . How do I change this so it uses our WiFi instead . I have been trying now for over two hours and want to throw the stupid thing out of the window and close all my sky accounts . Please help from a very frustrated account holder .

Go into the Network Settings and scroll right until you see a reset button. That will reset the network configuration and allow you to reselect the WiFi network.
