Set up

I've had my puk delivered plugged in ect I'm just getting messages on screen software updating then after 20 minutes I get a message saying error

Try unplugging it  from the mains for about 10 mins and plug  it back in see if it updates. If you get the same message call sky , how is your  puck connected to the Internet  ?
