Second Sky Puck not contesting to my account.

I received two sky pucks yesterday. The first connected successful at the first attempt but the second one, upstairs, doesn't connect. I've done the turn it off and on again trick several times and I've selected factory reset from the settings. No success. 

The puck won't connect at all now. My TV doesn't even see it connected to the HDMI cable. 

What should I do?

Hi,

 

I'm having the same issue. We connected the first puck in my daughters room yesterday as I already had the old Sky box in the front room. 

This morning I found that I was unable to watch any of my recorded programmes on the old box so decided to switch over to the puck. Unfortunately it will not link to my account, I've tried multiple times without success?

@Tracey159 have you turned the puck off at the wall for a minute then turned it back on again

@Laing1, I've had it switched off for a few hours so just tried it again. I'm still unable to link to my account?
