Screen says Technical fault .No TV for two days

Still waiting. Programmes fail to load

@PGB0403  What steps have your tried in the last 2 days, any? 

 

Have you tried unplugging your stream puck for a couple of minutes?

 

Have you checked your wifi speed (presume you've connected over wifi?

What service do you have? Sky +? Sky Q? Sky Glass? Sky Stream?

Is your broadband working for other devices or not?

Yes I tried all the usuale switch off restart in order .Sky know ther was a fault so why do they reliey on the good nature of customers to hold of complaints thier customer service is absolute rubbish the sooner i can escape I will.
