Loading, please try again in a, few minutes
I am just about at the end of my patience with the stream box. I now cant watch Hundred from start because it says "loading, please try again in a, few minutes" whay does that even mean. Its not a, computer game its a, stream. It doesnt load maybe a, second buffer. Its just a comment put in place to cover up another bug of SKY stream. And theres too many. Sports especially.
Does anyone else get this stupid error?
Aswell as this error the box crashes, it randomly turns off a program, UHD jerks in adverts for some wierd reason. My broadband is 360mb download and very reliable. Streams skip and jutter and jump. Quality is, very hit and miss. Even tho 360mb bandwidth keeps dropping down to SD. Its clearly SKY servers at fault not us customers.
U ring up and complain and first thing their taught to say its "thats the first we have heard of this issue" yet u go on here or other forums, and, loads, of people complained and, said they habe rung sky and said same "first iv heard if this"
What is, going on sky. We are paying a, lot for very buggy not working system. Like guinea pigs.

Is it connected to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet?
