Screen going black after buffering
I am keep looking my tv signal and have tried everything, main tv ok but one puck on next room just screen freezing then picture going off completely. It's soo frustrating. I have checked speed on sky and says its 71.9 but other speed checkers says only 59.7. What's going on. System problems every other day.

What speed is the puck in your other room actually receiving? To find out, open the Netflix app on the puck, navigate to the get help menu on the left hand side and run a network test. What speed is reported?
