SKY puck

SKY puck when going onto apps - aparticularly Netflix or Prime goes onto a blue screen. 

Also when changing channels - sometimes the screen will go grey for 10 to 15 seconds, most of the time I have to reset the puck. 

Are the two issues related and will i need a new puck?

@John756   Hi John, it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that you have a faulty puck but from what you say I would guess it is possibly a number of other things.  Firstly it could be your setup, if you are not connected between your puck and router by an Ethernet cable then is your puck standing alone without anything touching it and a few feet away from any electrical equipment, plus does it have a clear line of sight to your router without anything in the way?   
Secondly go to Settings, System management, then Reset & Updates.  Select App refresh and wait a few minutes until it returns you back to the Home Screen then go back in again and choose Restart device.  Again wait until it resets and returns you to the Home Screen.  
Now try again and see how it is.  I hope it works.
