I have put new batteries into my sky puck remote. Nothing is working. Tried another set of batteries and again no luck.

Have followed all advice on website and no luck.

Now have a puck that doesn't work and unable to watch anything until a new remote arrives. ANY ADVICE?

Have you tried holding the remote at either end and giving it a gentle twist like you are wringing out a towel?

Another thing that may work is to remove the batteries from the remote overnight.
