Discussion topic: SKY Stream stuck on blue screen

Affecting just second puk in bedroom.

Puk in living room ok. SKY stream working ok.

Disconnected all cables and rebooted hub. Still blue screen.

The SKY logo shows on screen then goes back to blue screen.

Puk light flashes intermittently.

This continually happening.
