SKIP AD BUTTON NOT APPEARING

WHY IS MY SKY AD BUTTON NOT APPEARING ANYMORE WHEN IT IS PART OF MY PACKAGE

There's no Skip Ads feature on Sky+ boxes, the forum you've posted in. Sky Glass? Sky Stream?

Ad skipping isn't available on everything even if you have it as an extra.

HI I HAVE SKY STREAM AND SKIP ADS WAS PART OF MY PACKAGE BUT THE BUTTON IS NO LONGER APPEARING

Please stop shouting. Typing in CAPS is considered poor netaquite and akin to shouting. We are fellow subscribers not sky.and don't need to be shouted at.

 

How ad skipping works is explained here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/ad-skipping-sky-glass

 

In what way is it not working? Please provide as much information as you can and we will try to assist you. On what content is it not appearing? What have you tried to do to resolve? E.g. restarted you puck?

Perhaps you could give an example of a show you are watching where the skip ad button doesn't appear.
