Roll over payment

Am I able to roll this months bill to next and not loose service?

Hi @Ruby2010 

 

You will need to call sky as we are fellow customers. Usually they can pause glass / loan repayments for a period but expect full payment for services.

If you pay via DD and it fails they will try again after 10 days. If this fails again services are usually suspended.
