Rewind & Fast forward

Just added the fast forward & rewind feature to my package and its not working. Any advise much appreciated. Thank you

@David561 can you provide a bit more detail of what show/app you are trying to use it on and what is happening when you are pressing the backwards or forwards button on the remote?

I'm watching a programme from my playlist and trying to fast forward the adverts but nothing is happening it won't let me fast forward.

How long ago did you add the ad skipping ? You may need to pull the plug on the tv for 10 minutes to get it to update
