HI
I have cancelled my Sky Stream, due to cancel end of this month, then expecting the returns packaging to come to send the puck and remote back.
I dont have the original HDMI cable as it was damaged but I can send them the replacement I bought that I have been using, as for the power cable, it is fed through the back of my TV unit, via trunking and going up to behind my TV where the power is - aka its a nightmare having to open the trunking and unfeed it all back out.
Question is, do they really care about receiving the cables ? I would rather not go through the trouble if Sky only dispose of the cables anyway. Or worst case, if they want to be funny about it, how much will they charge me for returning a power cable?
When I returned my BT TV box a while, I asked BT and they said no need to send cables aslong as I send the box and remote. Hoping Sky are the same
THank you

Realistically a non-Sky HDMI isn't of any value to them, but the puck power supply is. I'm afraid the forum doesn't have any particular insight into the returns process other than it can be somewhat unreliable (so retain the proof of postage indefinitely or take a photograph of the receipt)
