Returned puck

I've just received an email from yourselves saying I might be charged for the sky puck that I have already returned and received an email saying that was so , 

so why am I receiving this email?

Hi @Austin+John Maybe there is an issue with the returns as I have just posted on another thread where the poster was having the same issue.  My reply to that thread was as follows "The same thing happened to me a few years ago when returning a Sky Q multiroom puck.  I phoned Sky with my proof of postage details and they sorted the matter out over the phone."
