Returning kit

I returned a puck and received an email saying it had been received but I am still getting emails telling me to return it. What should I do?

Hi @Tomhill120  The same thing happened to me a few years ago when returning a Sky Q multiroom puck.  I phoned Sky with my proof of postage details and they sorted the matter out over the phone.
