If this is your only puck and you are looking to cancel you will need to call sky. See: https://www.sky.com/help/your-account/my-account-and-subscription/cancelling
If you have more than one puck and only want one, you will need to cancel whole home (you can do this online) and skily will request you to return your puck(s).
Once sky have asked you to return your pucks. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck
But ensure you keep hold of proof of sending as returns are processed by a 3rd party and mistakea can happen!
