Restart sky stream

When I was setting up my Sky Stream I did not tell it to use the new remote for on off of TV. I would now like it too. The volume button on the stream remote doesn't work I presume because the remote doesn't know to control the TV. Ie the first issue above. Is there a way of restarting. Switching off for 15 seconds doesn't go back far enough.

Hi @suecourt 

Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets the remote).

Then Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.

Volume now working so all viewing can be done by Sky Stream if necessary.

On/off does not work have to use TV remote for that but that is OK.  Thanks.

If the volume is working it's likely off is working but you have to long press (press and hold) the power button for a few seconds..

For turning on, you need to ensure CEC control is turned on in settings on your puck and your TV.
