Blury picture on sky puck
My picture keeps freezing/ going blury / static looking. It's not my internet as that's 750mb+ download speed. When streaming on itv it was fine but now we want to watch on sky channels it's awful? Any fixes?

@Sophandalex If this happens on all channels it's likely a wifi issue (which is different to your line speed) on the puck open the netflix app, go to Get Help, run the connection test, what sopeed is being reported via that?
