Restart channel 4 or itv not working

When click on restart programme on channel 4 or itv it comes up with technical fault please try later. If I go into the players and play from start it does not let me fast forward or skip ads even though I have ad skipping. Have tried the usual restart turn off nothing seems to make a difference. Anyone else having this or is it just me.

@Ant13  I am not aware this is a normal problem, mine works ok.  You could try an App refresh.  Go to Settings, System management, Resets, and select App refresh.  This takes a few minutes so wait for it to automatically return you to the Home page, then see if that helps.

Tried all that short of resetting again nothing seems to work. It's only ivy and channel 4. Everything else restarts fine.

Just to let anyone who has similar issues. Just spoke to sky who initially told me restarting itv 1 and channel 4 restarting shouldn't be possible. They have now said it's a broadcast issue and has been escalated. Hopefully they fix in next 48 hours.
