I'm having to reset my puck almost daily. The main menu seems fine, I can access apps but whenever I try to watch live or catch up I get one of 2 error messages. Either, please wait for your programme to load or, there is a technical fault. Once I reset it is usually ok until it's powered down. Every time I switch it on, I have the same issue 🤦♀️

Hi @ProMor and @Ham_man welcome to the forum. What you are both describing is a known issue which Sky are working on and will hopefully be resolved in a software update when they find a solution.
I have learn from experience that when it happens to me no amount of messing about gets it working again other than rebooting my puck as you are already doing. Consequently (and annoyingly) as soon as you get that message just reboot a don't bother trying anything else..
If my post has solved your issue please mark as an "Answer" as it helps others identify the solution
