Reset puck but tv still showing not programmed

Tv showing not programmed so reset puck by switching off and holding until red/orange lights flash now showing a constant white light but tv still showing not programmed. Not very technical so feeling lost

Are you on the right input source on your TV? From what you describe it sounds more likely to be a TV issue than the puck, maybe it's on an aerial source without being tuned/programmed.

you will want it to be on an HDMI source.

Has the puck ever worked on this TV?
