Reset puck but no response

I reset my sky stream puck ( rightly or wrongly) as remote had become un responsive.

Now when I turn on it flashes red/yellow then asks to press 4&6 for 2 seconds but doesn't let you continue ?

Any ideas guys ??

@Dasch power down the puck for a minute or so and then reboot it. That may clear the fault. If it doesn't, give Sky a call. Dont try a factory reset unless asked to by Sky.
