Puck had been playing up for a couple of weeks so did factory reset but now I can't activate it.
It sends me to the activation site but that says there is a problem and to contact Sky.
Sky send me here !!!!
Any help would be good.

Couldn't hold on because it cut me off after saying the department was closed. 🤷♂️

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@PhilG1 You'll neeed to call tomorrow, as a side note unless Sky specifically instruct your to do a full reset on a puck, you shouldn't need to be doing it as this is the kind of issue it can cause.

This is one of the many reasons I hate Sky. If only I had any other options.
Decent product backed up by the worst customer service in the world.

Sky usually comes near the top of Ofcom's delivery of service monitoring😉
There are lots of options now unlike 10 or even 5 years ago🤔
