Sky steam getting stuck on adverts

Hi all, first post!

A few times now while watching shows on demand the sky stream seems to get stuck when the adverts are meant to kick in and then it get caught in a loop of it trying to play adverts and repeating.

Any advice would be really appreciated!

@MeMeuop Welcome to the forum. If you have not already tried why not reboot the Stream puck as this wil often resolve software glitches.  To do this simply switch off your puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.
