I now have no Internet connection on the new TV & tried to pair my remote last night but no luck

Have you tried rebooting both the TV and the puck? Turn them both off at the wall for a minute then power back on and see if that sorts them out.

Which remote isn't working and what device are you trying to use the remote with?

Your sky streaming remote will only be able to control the volume on that TV it won't be able to do much else. For example you can't use it to change channels on the TV or open an app on the TV as the streaming remotes don't have the wide range of buttons required for that.

Have you completed setup of LG TV and LG magic remote?
Then...
1. Connect Puck to LG TV and complete Smartlink setup.
2. Pair Puck remote to LG TV.
