Remote

Followed a post regarding remote not working although sky had loaded as it should.

Followed instructions but to no avail went to troubleshooting and it turned out my batteries had leaked inside the remote ?

Both are only 2 months old ?.....Duracell batteries inside must have been faulty ?...surely the remote couldn't have caused them to have leaked?

Hi @Frequency 

 

As the puck is loaned to you, if you call Sky customer support they will arrange a replacement. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. I guess we don't know how long the remotes have been in storage before being shipped out.
