Remote

Batteries flat in both remotes & the additional remote doesn't work. I am disappointed with sky & contemplating cancelling whilst in the 14 day cooling off period. I have ordered a replacement, let's see how long it takes to arrive.

@Marcel1  You're not addressing Sky via the forum, this is a customer helps customer forum.  Threats to cancel have zero effect on other customers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Marcel1 Good luck with replacement remote.  Until it arrives, if you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote.  I use one as a secondary remote and it's much more reliable.

 

FYI the cooling off period is 31 days not 14 so you have a little longer to make your assessment.  I love the streaming platform but appreciate it is not suitable for everyone.
